All tax sales take place in front of the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center at 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville 30046 at 10:00 am. Visit Tax Liens & Tax Sales for more information.

Tax sale prospective bidders and purchasers, please read. Registration can be expedited by completing the Bidder Registration Form in advance and submitting in person to the tax commissioner’s office.

DMF Service Expansion

Starting April 6th, DMF services will be available at every Gwinnett County Tag Office. 

Dealer Desks will provide dedicated processing for dealers, business/fleet customers, lienholders, and title companies - by appointment only.
