Dealer Desk Appointments

Dealers may choose one of five locations for processing title and/or tag work, by appointment only. Visit the locations page for addresses.

Dealer appointments at these locations are accepted from 8:30 am - 4 pm Monday to Friday:

• Lawrenceville
• Norcross
• North Gwinnett
• Peachtree Corners
• Snellville

Transactions at Dealer Desks

All in-person transactions are by appointment only, but drop-off transactions are accepted any time without an appointment.

• Dealer representatives may process up to five title transactions or up to 12 renewal-only transactions during each appointment.
• Dealer representatives may schedule one appointment per day in Gwinnett County.
• Representatives must wait while the transaction is being processed. If you must leave, the transaction is considered a drop-off and will be date stamped and placed in the workflow with the rest of the day's work.
• All applications must be complete and ready to process at time of submission. Tag agents will not make arrangements for vehicle owners to complete title paperwork after it is received.
