The Resources and Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing the Department's website management, media monitoring, and the creation of engaging graphics and promotional materials. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to assess social media performance, Google reviews, and website traffic, providing valuable insights through detailed reports to enhance the department's marketing strategies.
Essential Duties:
- Provide support for public relations, media, and communications projects
- Writing and editing
- Graphic design
- Prepare and present reports on data analytics
- Manage department website
- Community engagement event coordination, including AV setup/breakdown
- Professionally represent the Office of the Tax Commissioner as needed
- Manage, analyze, and report on surveys
- Website coding
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in marketing, or a related field, AND
- Five years experience developing and publicizing community programs OR an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above will also be considered
- Valid driver's license from state of residency

Preferred Qualifications in addition to the above minimum qualifications:
- Property tax related experience
- Must be flexible with work schedule and hours.
- Work assignments may be at any DMV location and reassignments can be made at any time.
